Summary

As a Full Stack Developer, your role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from shaping and implementing digital products to keeping us at the forefront of technology. You will work across the entire technology stack, from databases and DevOps infrastructure supporting continuous deployment to native apps and front-end development. In a cross-functional team alongside the Product Owner, Designers, and Lead Developer, you will co-develop digital products.

Responsabilities :

• Utilize Agile engineering practices and diverse software and web development technologies to rapidly create innovative and efficient solutions that enhance the customer and employee experience.
• Collaborate with team members to define clear user stories, design prototypes and product tests, and consistently deliver product improvements.
• Coordinate with IT teams regarding Digital innovations integrated into core IT systems.
• Engage with business stakeholders to explain Agile processes, establish delivery expectations, and manage timelines.
• Advocate for change and promote an Agile mindset.
• Contribute to our collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Stay connected to industry trends and propose innovative ideas.

Profile :

• University degree in Software Science or Software Engineering.
• Minimum four (04) years of programming experience in C# and .NET.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with Angular (versions 7+).
• Experience in development using Azure.
• Strong understanding of Microservices with practical development experience.
• Familiarity with VSTS (Azure DevOps) is a plus.
• Experience with unit testing and automated functional testing.
• Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development.
• Adaptability to evolving technology and R&D environments.
• Results-oriented with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Meticulous and creative approach to software development.
• Passion for development and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning.
